Yes, we ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands, including Europe, Scandinavia, the United States, Canada and Australia.
Orders are shipped daily from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery times are usually:
• Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1- 2 working days
• Europe & Scandinavia: approximately 5 working days
• United States & Canada: approximately 3–5 working days
Shipping costs are clearly shown in our shippinglist and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
For orders shipped to the United States, we cover the import duties. For all other countries outside the EU, any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Yes, you can return unused products within 30 days, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Check our return policy
For returns within Europe, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund and an additional handling fee of €20 will be charged.
For returns from outside Europe both the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Used products or products showing visible signs of use, installation or damage cannot be returned.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Most of our parts are supplied with a 2-year warranty and are tested before leaving our warehouse.
Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number by email.
Yes, EU business customers with a valid VAT number can order VAT-free.
Yes, our parts are suitable for both professional agricultural use and hobby or restoration projects.
