FAQ - Return

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method.

Return conditions

• The product must be unused and, if possible, returned in its original packaging.
• Always include your order number or invoice to ensure fast processing of your return.

Return costs

• If you return a product because you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• If the product is defective or we have delivered the wrong item, we will of course cover the return shipping costs and the original shipping fees.

Wrong part ordered

We advise customers to contact us first if in doubt, so we can help find the correct part. This can prevent unnecessary returns.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment method.
