Return

At Sparepartsholland we do everything we can to deliver your product of the highest possible quality so that it meets your expectations. Don't like the product? Then you always have the option to return the product without giving any reason and thus revoke your purchase. Not satisfied with your purchased product or bought the wrong part? Then don't worry. You will not only be reimbursed for the full purchase amount, but also for all shipping costs incurred! Please take a look at the conditions described below.

Return conditions

• As a customer you may return the product within 30 days after the order date of the product

• The products must be unused and undamaged and, if possible, be returned in the original packaging

• Tested products will not be accepted

• Incomplete products will not be accepted

Return procedure

1. Make sure that the product you want to return is undamaged, unused and complete
2. Make sure that the product you want to return is in its original packaging (if possible)
3. Send an email to info@sparepartsholland.nland state at least the invoice number and/or order number
4. Sparepartsholland processes your mail within (at least) 5 days and sends you a return label by mail
5. Pack the product you want to return well and stick the return label on it.
6. The courier will pick up the product at your location
7. Within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the returned product, Sparepartsholland will transfer the full purchase amount + shipping costs to you
