Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your order, without providing any reason.

After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the amount due using the original payment method.

Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused and undamaged.
The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
Please include your order number or invoice with the return shipment so we can process it quickly.

If a product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may apply a reduction in the refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

If you return a product because you ordered the wrong item or no longer need it, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

If the product is defective or we have sent you the wrong item, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Ordering the Correct Part

We strongly recommend checking whether the part is suitable for your machine or application before placing your order.

By installing the part, you confirm that the part is suitable for your intended application.

Installed or used parts cannot be returned.

Business Orders (B2B)

The statutory right of withdrawal only applies to consumers. For business orders (B2B), the right of withdrawal does not apply unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
