Sparepartsholland makes every effort to ensure that your order is processed as safely and quickly as possible. After you have placed your order you will always immediately receive an e-mail confirming your order.

Follow your order with Track & Trace
After we have sent your order you will receive the tracking code (Track & Trace) by e-mail. You can easily follow the status of your order via the Track & Trace link in the e-mail.
Didn't receive a (confirmation) e-mail?
If you have placed an order but have not received a confirmation e-mail, please check your unwanted e-mail (spam box). It may happen that our e-mails end up here. If you do not have an e-mail in your spam box, please contact our customer service via Whatsapp or via info@sparepartsholland.nl.
Ordering from outside of Europe? Always Priority!
Are you placing an order from a country outside Europe such as the United States or Australia? To ensure that your order arrives as safely and quickly as possible, we use standard "Priority" shipping at Sparepartsholland. This way we maximize the chance that you will receive your order in a safe manner at the right location as quickly as possible.
Ordering from an EU country?
Sparepartsholland ships your product from the depot in the Netherlands. With DPD as our reliable logistics partner, you are assured that you will have your purchased product on location quickly.
Delivery times
Secure shipping
At Sparepartsholland we do everything we can to deliver your order as safely as possible. Within Europe we use the reliable services of DPD for this. For delivery to the rest of the world, we use the services of Fedex. When shipping with Fedex, orders are shipped with “Priority” as standard.
Fast shipping
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (CET) will be shipped the same day. If you order after 3:00 PM (CET), we will ship your order the next (working) day.
Postage costs
The costs for sending your order depend on the location where the order has to go.
