FAQ - Shipping and delivery

Spare Parts Holland makes every effort to ensure your order is processed safely and as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email.

Orders are processed daily from our warehouse in the Netherlands Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. After processing, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email with a link to track your order online.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1–2 business days
  • Europe & Scandinavia: approximately 3–5 business days
  • USA & Canada: approximately 3–5 business days

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, providing full transparency before completing your purchase.

This ensures you can track your order at all times and know exactly when it will be delivered.
