We understand that it is extremely annoying if you have a complaint about a product or service from us. Despite any frustration, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint via e-mail (email@example.com), the Whatsapp function or by post (see address below).
Our employees of the customer service department take every complaint seriously and try to solve it to everyone's satisfaction. We aim to process your complaint within a maximum of 3 working days. You may expect a response no later than 14 days after registering your complaint. If we need more time to process your complaint, we will keep you informed.
