How fast is delivery?

It depends on several things but usually we ship the part within 1 working day. Due to shipping method, country and package type it is difficult to say, however we do submit a track and trace, so you are able to track the parcel online.

You can pay on our website with Credit Card, iDeal and Paypal. It’s also possible to transfer a wire payment

I ordered the wrong part

Please contact us, so we can arrange a replacement part.

We ship to almost any country in the world. For the best possible shipping we only use reputable carriers. Please contact our support if you have any questions.

I need a tractor part but it is not listed in the webshop

You can request a part. We have many parts in stock or in back order. So please send your part request via a Whatsapp message or contact us via the contact page including the part number you want to request.

Is it possible to pay upon delivery?

No, it is not possible to pay upon delivery.

Returning an item

1. All returns must be made within the 30 days.
2. Don’t refuse shipments unless parts were damaged during shipping.
3. Call us with the provided track and trace number or any order number of the items, so that we will see when they arrive for credit.
4. Returning of shipping will be paid once a part is shipped to you incorrectly (for instance part shipped does not match the part you ordered).
5. Return Shipping will be paid on broken or defective parts.
6. Return shipping will not be paid for incorrectly ordered parts or parts not needed.
