• As a customer you may return the product within 30 days after the order date of the product • The products must be unused and undamaged and, if possible, be returned in the original packaging • Tested products will not be accepted • Incomplete products will not be accepted

1. Make sure that the product you want to return is undamaged, unused and complete
2. Make sure that the product you want to return is in its original packaging (if possible)
3. Send an email to info@sparepartsholland.nl and state at least the invoice number and/or order number
4. Sparepartsholland processes your mail within (at least) 5 days and sends you a return label by mail
5. Pack the product you want to return well and stick the return label on it.
6. The courier will pick up the product at your location
7. Within a maximum of 7 days after receipt of the returned product, Sparepartsholland will transfer the full purchase amount + shipping costs to you
