We offer a standard 24-month warranty on all products on our website. If the purchased product breaks down within 24 months, you can claim the warranty from us.Sparepartsholland uses the following procedure for a warranty request:1. We check with you by telephone / digitally whether the defect can be solved.
2. If point 1 does not help, we will look for suitable replacement parts to solve the problem.
3. If option 2 does not help either, we will send the complete product free of charge.
Many of the products we offer are subject to wear and tear. Especially with intensive use. Some wear and tear is common with many products, so keep this in mind as well.Our warranty conditions are based on normal use. If the product is not maintained in the prescribed manner or if the product is used incorrectly, you are not entitled to any warranty.
