FAQ - Warranty
We offer a standard 24-month warranty on all products listed on our website. If a purchased product fails within 24 months, you can submit a warranty claim at Spare Parts Holland.
Warranty claim procedure:

Initial check – Photos or videos:
Send us an email or WhatsApp message with clear photos or videos of the defect. This allows us to determine whether the issue is a factory defect or caused by misuse. -
Replacement parts or repair:
If the initial assessment shows the defect is a factory fault, we will send replacement parts or ask you to send the product in for repair. -
Full replacement:
If step 2 does not resolve the issue, we will send a complete replacement product free of charge.
Note:
- Defects caused by misuse or customer damage are not covered by warranty.
- Factory defects are fully covered within the 24-month warranty period.

Include the product, order number, a brief description of the defect, and attach photos or videos to illustrate the issue.
