We understand that it can be very frustrating if you have a complaint about a product or our services. Despite any inconvenience, we kindly ask you to submit your complaint via email (info@sparepartsholland.nl), WhatsApp, or by phone at +31(0)850161494.
Our customer service team takes every complaint seriously and will do their best to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction. We aim to process your complaint within 3 working days. You can expect a response no later than 14 days after submitting your complaint. If more time is required to handle your complaint, we will keep you informed.
