Yes, we ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands, including Europe, Scandinavia, the United States, Canada and Australia.

Orders are shipped daily from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery times are usually:

• Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1-2 working days
• Europe & Scandinavia: approximately 3-5 working days
• United States & Canada: approximately 3–5 working days


Shipping costs are clearly shown in our shippinglist and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

For orders shipped to the United States, we cover the import duties. For all other countries outside the EU, any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, you can return unused products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition and, if possible, in the original packaging. Always include your order number or invoice so that we can process your return quickly. See our return policy for more details.

If you return a product because you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, the return shipping costs are at your own expense. If the product is defective or we have delivered the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs and original shipping fees.

For returns from outside Europe, all shipping costs incurred, including the original shipping costs, will be deducted from the refund.

Used products or products showing visible signs of use, installation, or damage cannot be returned.

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Most of our parts are supplied with a standard 24-month warranty and are tested before leaving our warehouse.

Yes, EU business customers with a valid VAT number can order VAT-free.
