How the 4-Port Hydraulic Diverter Valve Works
The rotary hydraulic distributor includes a rotor that rotates within the valve body. When positioned correctly, the rotor connects the inlet and outlet ports in various combinations, allowing the hydraulic fluid to start, stop or change direction. This 4-way rotary hydraulic valve redirects oil passing through two inlets toward two outlets.
