Top link balls: check more than the hole diameter
Compare the hole diameter with the pin size. The outside diameter and width must also fit the hook or connection. Both balls below have a drawn outside diameter of Ø50 mm, but their holes and widths differ.

Choosing a reducing bush or weld-on ball joint
A reducing bush fits into an existing hole and provides a smaller internal hole for the pin. Check both diameters and the length. The available versions have different dimensions; do not choose on category alone.
A weld-on ball joint is a different construction from a loose top link ball. Compare the weld end, hole and other drawing dimensions. Have the construction and weld suitability assessed before modifying an existing top link.
Check hoses and valve parts separately
For a hose kit, compare the length, cylinder connection and tractor quick coupling. Quick-coupling size and cylinder-port thread are different specifications. Use the same measuring points as the drawing.
A pilot-operated check valve must suit the cylinder and hydraulic circuit. Check connections, available space and installation method. Matching thread sizes alone do not establish interchangeability.
Cylinder repair: bore/rod size is the starting point
For cylinder repair parts, 50/30 mm means a 50 mm cylinder bore and a 30 mm piston rod. The same size combination does not automatically make seals, a piston or a head bush compatible. Compare the design and component dimensions too.
Note the top link product code and photograph the existing part. If a necessary dimension is missing, have fitment confirmed before ordering.

Does the correct ball-hole diameter guarantee fitment?
No. The ball outside diameter and width must also fit the hook or connection. Use the drawing for the selected product.
Is a top link holder the same as a ball holder?
A top link holder supports a compatible top link when it is not in use. A ball holder stores loose lower-link or top-link balls.
Are the individual banjo parts a complete mounting kit?
The individual parts are separate variants on the product page. Check the selected variant and what is included. The valve with mounting kit is listed separately in the selection guide.
Will repair parts with the same bore/rod size fit my top link?
