The kit lets you drive the hydraulic gear pump directly with your own professional 18V cordless drill/driver, reducing the physical effort required for repeated manual pumping.

The original manual hand pump remains usable in the hydraulic circuit, so you can switch back to manual operation whenever required. The system uses a Group 1 hydraulic gear pump and a European 12L Light Series connection layout with the adapters and hoses listed below.

Kit contents

This complete retrofit kit contains the main pump components, hoses and adapters required for installation on compatible European tipper-trailer hydraulic systems.

• Group 1 hydraulic gear pump with corrosion-protected shaft and bolts and 3/8" BSP female ports.
• Stainless-steel mounting plate with mounting bolts.
• Reinforced hose set, 800 mm: one steel-wire-reinforced vacuum suction hose with 90° elbow and one double-wire-braided high-pressure hose, each 800 mm long.
• Integrated non-return valve / check valve to prevent oil backflow toward the manual hand pump.
• Cordless-drill adapter set: 19 mm socket connection with a pre-mounted long M7 drive nut.
• 1/2" BSP suction fitting for installation in the oil-tank drain connection.
• G3/8" adapter for EDUARD trailers.
• 12L-to-8L reducer, M14x1.5 for ANSSEMS and STEMA trailers.

Trailer compatibility and 12L hydraulic standard

The kit is based on the European 12L Light Series standard with an M18x1.5 metric connection and conical sealing. The included adapters support several common trailer configurations.

Installation and use

The kit is intended for retrofitting existing hydraulic tipper trailers. Installation depends on the oil tank, hydraulic connections and trailer configuration. Always verify the thread sizes, tank layout and hydraulic system before installation.

For plastic oil tanks without a lower drain plug, an additional tank bulkhead fitting may be required. The cordless drill/driver is not included.
