Description

This hydraulic 6-way diverter valve with 3/8″ BSP ports lets you select between two hydraulic functions manually. The lever switches two common lines between two pairs of ports. SPH390171 has a steel body, a maximum flow of 35 l/min and a maximum pressure of 350 bar.

How the 6-way diverter valve works

The lever selects which pair of ports connects to the two common lines. This lets you choose between two hydraulic actuators, such as two double-acting cylinders. The functions operate alternately; the valve does not divide the flow between both actuators simultaneously.

Use with the lever in the center position is not recommended. Check the required switching function and port layout before connecting the valve.

Frequently asked questions

Can both hydraulic functions operate at the same time?

No. The lever selects the active pair of ports. This is a diverter valve for alternate operation of two functions, not a flow divider for simultaneous operation.
