Description

This hydraulic 8-way diverter valve with 3/8″ BSP ports is designed for manually changing the connections between hydraulic lines. SPH390173 has a zinc-plated steel body, a flow of 60 l/min, a working pressure of 250 bar and a separately stated maximum pressure of 350 bar. Check the switching pattern on its own technical drawing before connection.

How the 8-way diverter valve works

The lever selects the connections between the ports. The technical drawing shows the switching pattern in different lever positions. Check which lines connect in each position and whether this matches your machine’s required function. The number of ports alone does not determine how many actuators can be controlled.

Applications include agricultural machinery, crane hydraulics and lifting equipment. Check your system’s hydraulic circuit diagram before selecting or connecting the valve.

Connections and system compatibility

Use the dimensioned circuit drawing for SPH390173 to check the body, lever clearance and mounting holes. The drawing specifies 3/8″ BSP ports and M10×1.5 mounting threads.
