Description

The SPH500208 hydraulic banjo bolt is a hollow, cross-drilled fastening bolt for a compatible 3/8″ BSP banjo fitting. It secures a banjo eye to a threaded hydraulic port while allowing hydraulic oil to pass through the bolt into a connected pipe or hose assembly. It is a general-purpose hydraulic connection component, not limited to hydraulic cylinders.

Which version do you need?

Confirm the BSP thread type and pitch, bolt overall length, cross-hole position, banjo-eye thickness and sealing faces against your original fitting. The nominal 3/8″ designation alone does not guarantee compatibility; hose diameter is a separate measurement.

Copper sealing washers, banjo eye, hose and pipe are not included.

Installation

Depressurize the hydraulic system. Use a new correctly sized sealing washer, clean the sealing faces and install according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions. Check the connection for leaks after installation.
