Description

Mount matching female hydraulic quick couplings of body size 3 (BG3, 1/2") on your tractor, front loader or agricultural implement. Choose a bracket for 1, 2, 4 or 6 couplings. Two circlips are supplied per opening.

Bracket and circlips; couplings not included

The drawings specify Ø 39 mm coupling openings. The supplied circlips are specified as DIN 471, 38 mm. Check the coupling sleeve, retaining grooves and space for the 5 mm plate. The 1/2" BG3 designation refers to coupling body size, not a BSP or NPT thread in the bracket.

Applications and compatibility

Suitable for matching couplings on tractors, front loaders and agricultural machinery. Check the outer sleeve, retaining grooves and installation space. ISO 7241-A or BG3 alone does not confirm that every coupling fits. Check the hydraulic thread and seal separately when connecting a hose or pipe.

Push-Pull and breakaway function

The bracket can hold Push-Pull couplings designed for this mounting arrangement. Any breakaway function depends on the coupling model and correct installation. The bracket does not add this function to every quick coupling.

Which version should I choose?

Choose 1, 2, 4 or 6 openings according to the number of couplings needed. Check the overall dimensions and mounting holes in the cards above.

Are quick couplings included?

No. The bracket comes with 2 circlips for 1 opening, 4 for 2 openings, 8 for 4 openings or 12 for 6 openings.

Why are the openings 39 mm and the circlips 38 mm?

These are different specifications: the drawings show Ø 39 mm openings, while the circlips are specified as DIN 471, 38 mm. Check the coupling sleeve and retaining grooves as well.

Is 1/2" BG3 the same as 1/2" BSP or NPT?

No. BG3 describes the coupling body size. BSP and NPT are thread types. The bracket supports the coupling mechanically and has no hydraulic threaded connection.
