Description

The PRBC20 inline hydraulic hand pump is designed for hydraulic systems with a single-acting cylinder and an external oil reservoir. The compact tankless design can be connected directly into an existing hydraulic circuit via hoses.

The pump uses a double-stroke pumping mechanism, moving hydraulic oil during both lever directions. An integrated release control allows pressure to be released so the single-acting cylinder can retract.

Double stroke does not mean double-acting. The pump delivers oil during both lever movements. The hydraulic circuit is intended for a single-acting cylinder. The cylinder returns under its own weight, spring force or an external load when the oil can flow back.

Is this pump suitable for a double-acting cylinder?

This version is intended for a single-acting hydraulic circuit. Pumping on both lever movements does not make the cylinder operation double-acting.

Is an oil tank included?

No. The PRBC20 is supplied without an integrated tank and requires a suitable external oil reservoir.

What connections does SPH390162 have?

Pressure connection P: G3/8 BSP. Suction/tank connection T: G1/2 BSP. Check the hose and coupling threads and pressure ratings before installation.

What happens when the pressure release is opened?
