Description

Hydraulic cylinder seal kits for maintenance and repair of compatible double-acting SPH cylinders. Choose from eight metric bore/rod sizes, from 32/20 to 80/40 mm, and compare the seal dimensions with your existing parts.

Which cylinder repair kit do you need?

40/25 means a 40 mm cylinder bore and a 25 mm piston rod. Also compare the seal profiles and groove dimensions. Matching bore and rod sizes alone does not guarantee a fit.

For a hydraulic top link, check the cylinder construction and each individual seal. The top link category alone does not determine the correct seal kit.

Installation and checks

Depressurise the hydraulic system fully before dismantling. Inspect the piston rod, cylinder bore and grooves for damage and contamination. Have the seals installed by a competent technician, then check the cylinder for correct operation and leaks.

Frequently asked questions

Does the kit fit every hydraulic cylinder of the same size?

No. In addition to bore and rod diameter, compare all seal dimensions, profiles and grooves with your existing cylinder.

Is a seal kit a complete hydraulic cylinder?

No. This product is a seal kit. The metal piston, cylinder head and complete cylinder are not included.

Which size should I choose for my hydraulic top link?

Check the bore and rod diameter and the individual seals. If unsure, send photos and dimensions via WhatsApp, preferably with the top link part number.
