Description

This single-acting hydraulic hand pump with reservoir supplies hydraulic pressure by hand, without electricity, compressed air or engine drive. Choose 12, 25 or 45 cc and a 1, 3 or 5 litre tank. The integrated reservoir and G3/8 BSP pressure connection allow a compact installation for intermittent or emergency operation.

The lever draws oil from the tank and delivers it to a single-acting hydraulic cylinder. The return movement is provided by weight, a spring or an external load when the circuit allows the oil to return.

Select the pump and tank together

A larger displacement does not mean a higher pressure rating: 12 cc is rated to 300 bar, 25 cc to 160 bar and 45 cc to 90 bar. Choose the reservoir according to the oil volume needed over the cylinder's full stroke. Tank capacity in litres differs from pump displacement in cc.

Frequently asked questions

Which displacements and tank sizes are available?

There are nine combinations: 12, 25 or 45 cc, each with a 1, 3 or 5 litre tank.

What are the maximum and optimal pressures?

12 cc: 300 / 160 bar; 25 cc: 160 / 80 bar; 45 cc: 90 / 45 bar. Maximum pressure and optimal pressure are separate drawing specifications.

What connections are shown?

The pressure connection is G3/8 BSP. G1/4 is marked at an opening on the tank; consult the drawing for its location and do not confuse it with the pressure connection.

Does the pump need electricity?

No. The pump is manually operated with a lever. It does not require electricity, compressed air or an engine drive.
