Description

Copper hydraulic sealing washers for compatible threaded connections with flat sealing faces. These crush-type copper rings help create an oil-tight seal between properly matched mating surfaces. They are used across hydraulic equipment—not only on banjo bolts, but also on suitable BSP hydraulic nipples, threaded adapters, unions, valve ports, pump connections and hose or rigid-pipe fittings.

Which version do you need?

3/8″ and 1/2″ designate nominal BSP fitting sizes, not the washer's measured inside diameter. Check the inside diameter (ID), outside diameter (OD), thickness, sealing-face shape and required pressure/temperature compatibility against the original washer or equipment drawing. The larger 1/2″ washer is not interchangeable with the 3/8″ size.

Banjo bolt, nipple and other fittings are not included.

Installation

Depressurize the hydraulic system. Use a new correctly sized sealing washer, clean the sealing faces and install according to the equipment manufacturer's instructions. Check the connection for leaks after installation.
