Description

Banjo-ended hydraulic connection pipes for fitting a compatible pilot-operated check valve to a hydraulic cylinder. Choose the length that suits your cylinder port spacing and the position of the check valve. Available in five versions from 40 to 400 mm.

Pipe only; bolt, sealing washers and check valve not included.

Where are these pipes used?

The rigid banjo pipes carry hydraulic oil between cylinder ports and a suitable external check-valve connection. Typical applications include double-acting hydraulic cylinders on agricultural machinery, hydraulic top links, lifting and adjustment systems and compatible industrial equipment. The separate pilot-operated check valve helps hold cylinder position; the pipe itself does not lock the cylinder.

Confirm the 3/8″ banjo connection, the actual pipe length and its measurement points against the technical image, the distance between cylinder ports and valve mounting arrangement. Check the mating fitting and tube connection; the nominal banjo size alone does not guarantee a fit.

Installation

Depressurize the hydraulic circuit before installation. Use suitable banjo bolts and correctly sized new sealing washers, protect the connections from contamination and check for leaks after fitting. Consult the hydraulic cylinder and valve specifications before use.

No. The tube outside diameter is 12 mm. The nominal banjo size is 3/8″; the drawing shows a 16.9 mm eye bore.
